Every room is different: we start from one of these and adjust to the venue and the programme.

    Cocktail, dinner, restaurant

    Y10P on stands or on YP brackets, one B6-SUB, one D20 amplifier. Wide, precise coverage, from a quiet speech to a DJ set.

    Wedding venue, gala

    V10P or Y10P, B6-SUB subwoofers, D40 amplifier. The bass is felt on the dance floor without crowding the room.

    Large venue, open air, concert

    Y8 or T10 arrays hung on their flying frames, cardioid V-GSUB subwoofers, D80 amplifiers.

The bass

The V-GSUB is a cardioid subwoofer: an 18-inch driver facing forward, a 12-inch facing back. The bass goes to the audience and much less to the stage.

Near the stage

Musicians and the band keep a cleaner sound behind the subwoofers, and the mics pick up less bass.

With a line array

Paired with Y8 or T10 arrays and driven by D80 amplifiers, they complete the system for concerts and large venues.

Line array or point source: which one?

Point source (Y10P, V10P) suits rooms, cocktail parties and dinners. A line array (Y8, T10) is hung and carries far without blasting the front rows: we use it for large venues, concerts and open air.

Can we hire a line array without a technician?

A line array is hung on a flying frame and tuned to the room. For these systems, we recommend the option with a technician: we set up, tune and take down.

Do the amplifiers come with the speakers?

We hire the complete system: speakers, subwoofers, d&b D20, D40 or D80 amplifiers and Neutrik speakON cables.

Do you have flying frames?

Yes: Y and T flying frames to hang Y8 and T10 arrays, and YP brackets for the Y10P.

Where do you deliver d&b equipment?

Across Paris and Île-de-France, and further on request: the team has already worked on concerts in Germany.
