The running order

Your night,
hour by hour.

Every event has its own running order, written with you before the big day. Here is what a wedding Saturday looks like.

  1. Setup

    The truck arrives, the truss goes up, the speakers are flown and cabled. Your guests will see none of it.

  2. Soundcheck

    We tune the sound in the room and test every mic, the entrance music and the lighting cues.

  3. Drinks reception

    Vocal and guitar duo, violin or saxophone: music that accompanies the conversation without drowning it out.

  4. Dinner

    The couple's entrance, speeches, surprises from friends. The wireless mics are ready, the lighting stays soft.

  5. Dance floor opens

    The lighting switches, the DJ takes over. First dance on a cloud of low fog, then the floor fills up.

  6. Last song

    The track you chose to end the night. Then we pack down, and the venue is handed back as we found it.
